presentation

Overview

The child learns that adjectives are describing words and are represented by a medium-sized dark blue triangle in the grammar symbol set. Using sentences, the child identifies words that describe nouns (size, color, shape, quality) and places the blue triangle above them. This builds on noun and verb symbols and deepens sentence understanding.

Objectives

What the child gains from this work

Identify adjectives as words that describe nouns. Associate the medium dark-blue triangle with adjectives. Analyze sentences by labeling parts of speech. Expand vocabulary through descriptive language. Develop logical thinking in sentence structure.
